Peggie Senor attended Feitshans High School and Springfield Junior College and married Clarence Senor in 1952; they had seven children. She later was ordained as an Elder in her church and served the ministry in various ways in Springfield and Lincoln.
In an interview for the Springfield African-American History Foundation series, she discussed growing up with segregation and the jobs she held.
